The Chillicothe City Council meets Monday for a Workshop at 5:00 pm and a regular council session at 5:30. The meetings are at the CMU meeting room and are open to the public.
The Workshop agenda includes a review of city finances
The Council session includes:
Approval of a contract with Chillicothe Development Corporation to assist with the purchase of real estate.
A real estate contract with Jerry and Rita Nibarger.
A discussion with McLiney and Company about the financing of the land.
The Mayor will request the re-appointment of Debbie Jenkins and Rodney Mouton to the Historic Preservation Commission.
The agreement with Chillicothe Rural Fire Protection District will be presented for approval
The City Administrator will lead a discussion on the purchase of three new police vehicles
He will also present an ordinance for the renewing of the 42 CARES agreement
The Mayor will give an update on the search for the next City Administrator.
An executive session is planned to follow the regular meeting
