The Chillicothe Area Chamber of Commerce has a couple of volunteer opportunities for the upcoming holiday season.
Chillicothe’s Holiday season is quickly approaching and the community is preparing for events. Very soon it will be time to hang snowflakes along Washington Street. Before that can be done, there are bulbs to change. The Chillicothe Area Chamber of Commerce will have a bulb-changing gathering Tuesday, November 9th, from 5:30 to 7:00 at the CMU Warehouse at 1515 Waterworks Road.
Individuals, organizations, and businesses that would like to volunteer are asked to contact the Chamber office by the end of business today. Call 660-646-4050.
The Chillicothe Chamber is seeking volunteers to assist with the 2021 Chillicothe Chamber Holiday Parade on November 20th. Volunteers will arrive at the Chillicothe Chamber at 8:45 AM for a brief meeting then go to your designated spot. Parade entries will arrive between 9:00 – 10:00 AM. Additional information specific to your spot will be provided before the event. Volunteers must be at least 16 years or accompanied by an adult.
