Two Conditional Use Permits were approved by the Chillicothe City Council. The permits were presented by Kevin Shira on behalf of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
The first Conditional Use Permit is for Foster Adopt Connect to operate at 301 Cowgill, a former Church Building. Shira says there was no opposition from the neighboring property owners.
The second Conditional Use Permit is to place a mobile home at 740 Samuel Street.
Both Conditional Use Permits met all requirements and were approved unanimously
