A Kansas City woman was arrested on charges of alleged failure to appear on two traffic violations that occurred in Livingston County in January. The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office arrested 21-year-old Alyssa Mona’e Taylor of Kansas City. She was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail pending the posting of $575 bond
