Two premier recording arts are set to perform “The Music of Christmas,” Saturday, November 20th at the Gary Dickenson Performing Arts Center. The Chillicothe Area Arts Council presents Nashville recording artists Doyle Dykes and Andy Leftwich for a program that will start at 3:00 pm. Arts Council Director MaryLou Vandeventer says Doyle Dykes was very popular when he performed here in 2018. He is one of the world’s top finger-picking guitarists. When he was invited to return, Vandeventer says Dykes asked to bring his friend, Andy Leftwich.
She says the program will be primarily Christmas Music.
Tickets are $20 for adults, students at $10 and Arts Council members will be admitted with their season pass.
Arts Council Season tickets will show the program is on Sunday, but they will be accepted for the Saturday Concert.
