The Chillicothe city council will hold a public hearing Monday as part of their regular meeting. The meeting begins at 5:30 pm at the CMU meeting Room.
The Public Hearing is for a resolution to consider multi-family housing (Center Apartments on Jackson Street) revenue bonds not to exceed $15 million.

Mayor Theresa Kelly with a Certificate of service for Rolfe McCoy for his service on the Board of Public Works
Codes Officer Kevin Shira will lead a discussion and ordinance to approve and accept the Orscheln Subdivision.
He will also present the ordinance approving a conditional use permit to operate a meal delivery service at 302 W. Harvest Drive
City Administrator Darin Chappell will present an ordinance to accept the renewal of the City’s Health Insurance program.
The City Clerk Roze Frampton will request a declaration of surplus items.
She will also present the proposed new Ward Boundaries.
A Closed Executive Session is planned to follow the regular meeting to handle real estate and personnel matters.
