A Kingston man was arrested by State Troopers in Caldwell County Thursday morning. Thirty-seven-year-old Shaun A Pickins of Kingston was arrested at 7:35 am for alleged DWI-Persistent Offender and for alleged Careless and Imprudent Driving. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
