Main Street Brookfield announced a Senior Housing Project. The Halls of Brookfield Senior Apartments project was funded.
The $10 million project includes a three-story facility “Halls of Brookfield”, for seniors 55 and over. There will be 40 apartments that will rent from $265-$685 a month
