Court appearances are scheduled for Wednesday for two people charged in the death of a 2-year-old on Christmas Eve and for a woman charged with abuse or neglect of a baby.
22-year-old Avery Nicole Young, 46-year-old Christopher R Wilson, and 27-year-old Jessica Nicole Gamble, all from Chillicothe, are held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
Young and Wilson are each charged with alleged 2nd-degree murder and endangering the welfare of a child. Young also faces two counts of alleged possession of a controlled substance. Wilson has one additional charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance
Gamble is charged with alleged Abuse Or Neglect Of A Child – Serious Emotional Or Physical Injury – No Sexual Contact.
All three are scheduled to appear before Judge Michael Leamer at 9:00 am Wednesday for bond hearings.
