The Chillicothe R-II School District is asking voters to approve a no-increase tax levee on April 5th to construct an addition to the Chillicothe Elementary School to house grades 2-5. Superintendent Dan Wiebers says this would have a positive impact on the students and staff of the district.
Dr Wiebers says it would also mean fewer transitions for the elementary students.
