Two public hearings on a request for a conditional use permit for a vacation rental in an Agricultural Zone will be considered next week. The Livingston County Planning and Zoning Commission will have the first public hearing on Tuesday. The hearing will be at 6:00 pm in the Associate Courtroom of the Livingston County Courthouse.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will send their recommendation to the County Commissioners for final approval. A second public hearing will be held Thursday at 10:00 am, as part of their regular commission meeting.
