Boys golf was at Green Hills Golf Course for a home match with the Brookfield Bulldogs last night.
Jackson Trout led came in after 9 holes with a 37, good for 1 over. James Mathew took 43 strokes and came in 6 over, good for the 2nd best score of the day.
Tyler Stephens (+18), Kyle Young (+20) and Andrew Hecker (+21) rounded out the varsity scores for Chillicothe.
Brookfield’s top golfer was Kai Wiedeman who finished with a 53. Andrew Bennett finished 18 over and came in as the Bulldogs next best golfer.
Baylor Montgomery (+23), Chase Morris (+26) and Lucky Poston (+32) contributed for Brookfield.
The Hornets blow past the Bulldogs 190 to 228 to advance to 4-0 in 9-hole competitions.
For Junior Varsity, Hornets Carson Samm was 14 over and Bryce Bergan finished 13 over .
Boys Golf will be back in action later today in the Cameron Quad which is a make-up from late March.
