Six detainees at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail were transported to the Missouri Department of Corrections by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department, to begin serving their sentences.
33-year-old Jared Johnson of Braymer – 2 years for DWI
33-year-old Kyle Case of Chillicothe – 10 years for Delivery of a Controlled Substance
31-year-old Chase Fantazia of Chillicothe – a CODS Program for Unlawful Use of a Weapon
32-year-old Hayley Tuggle of Trenton – 3 years for Possession of a Controlled Substance
22-year-old Eryka Bash of Independence – 4 years and an ITP Program for Resisting Arrest
33-year-old Jaime Hughes of Carrollton – a CODS program for a Probation Violation on a charge of possession
Sheriff Steve Cox says the women were taken to Vandalia late last week, while the men will be transported at the earliest opportunity.
