The Chillicothe Police Department reported three arrests and responded to 110 calls for service Thursday. Those calls included:
1:15 am, Officers responded to the 1400 block of Burnam Road to a house where the residents believed someone was attempting to steal their lawn mower. Suspects were gone on arrival. Investigation continuing.
6:45 am, Officers received information on the location of a wanted individual. Officers located Glenn Allen Lee Harris in the 1000 block of Dickinson Street. Harris was arrested on an outstanding Probation and Parole warrant and held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
9:20 am, Officers responded to the 1100 block of Walnut St, on a report of two young, naked, children playing in the roadway. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Jill Elizabeth Scott for alleged endangering the welfare of a child. She was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail pending formal charges.
9:50 am, Officer responded to a report of an illegal burn in the 400 block of Wise St. That fire was extinguished.
1:10 pm, Officers received a report of a stolen cell phone from the 300 Block of Clay Street. The incident is under investigation.
6:40 pm, Officers took a report of burglary and domestic assault that occurred on September 28th, in the 1400 block of Bryan Street. A suspect has been identified and officers are currently seeking an arrest warrant.
6:55 pm, someone came to the police department reporting a domestic assault. Viktoria Lindsey was arrested, processed and transported to Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on a 24-hour hold.
