State Troopers report two recent arrests.
A Carrollton man, was arrested Tuesday by State Troopers in Carroll County. Fifty-nine year old Donald Tooley was arrested for alleged DWI, possession of marijuana, failing to drive on the right side of the road, no proof of insurance and no seatbelt. He was processed and released.
Wednesday morning, Troopers arrested 29 year old Menno Stutzman of Gilman City was arrested for alleged DWI – Prior Offender, driving while suspended, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident, no seatbelt and no insurance. Stutzman was held at the Grundy County Jail.
