Chillicothe Police report one arrest for Wednesday.
9:45 am, Chillicothe Police Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated, out of control person, in the 1200 block of Fair Street. The investigation continues.
11:59 am, Ryan David Grady came to the Chillicothe Police Department to turn himself in on a Nodaway County warrant for alleged failure to appear. Grady was processed and released after posting the required bond.
10:47 pm, Officers responded to the 500 block of Samuel Street for a verbal domestic. A man and woman had been arguing. The man subject agreed to leave the home for the evening.
Officers had recovered several stolen items through an on-going investigation.
