A Kansas City man was arrested by State Troopers in Livingston County Thursday afternoon. According to the report, at about 12:35 pm, 31-year-old Jonathon Garcia of Kansas City was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance – fentanyl – with intent to deliver. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold.
