One booking at the Caldwell County Detention Center for Livingston County happened over the weekend. Chillicothe Police arrested 18-year-old Xavier Ryan Stone Sunday at about 2:30 am for alleged resisting arrest. Stone is held with bond set at $2,500 cash only.
