Three bookings for Livingston County are reported by the Sheriff’s Department.
43-year-old Nathaniel A. Lewellen of Chillicothe was arrested by Chillicothe Police Department Saturday on a Violation of Bond Conditions warrant from a charge of alleged operating a vehicle with no valid license. He is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center with bond set at $20,000 cash only.
34-year-old Kayla M. Sayers of Chillicothe was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Department Sunday evening for alleged bond violation on an original charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $20,000 cash only.
48-year-old William R. Helm of Chillicothe was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Department Sunday evening for alleged Failure to register as a sex offender, Failure to obey a judge’s orders on a charge of alleged Failure to register as a sex offender, and for alleged failure to appear on a charge of alleged Failure to register as a sex offender. He is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center with bond set at $15,000 cash only.
