Two arrests in Caldwell County Saturday morning are reported by the Highway Patrol. At about 10:45 am, State Troopers arrested:
29-year-old Troy L. Bristol of St. Joseph for alleged fleeing and on a Buchanan County warrant for alleged assault.
20-year-old Amiya L. Morris of Kansas City for alleged resisting arrest and on a Clinton County warrant for alleged failure to appear for alleged no valid license.
Both were taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
