A man wanted since 2023 was arrested Tuesday by Livingston County Sheriff’s Department. State Troopers and Probation and Parole Officers. Shortly before noon Tuesday, Colton Duncan was arrested after he fled from a home in the 10,000 block of LIV 243. Duncan fled into a thick wooded area to the West of the home.
In July of 2023, Duncan was charged with alleged resisting or interfering with an arrest.
Duncan is also held on a probation violation from a charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance.
He is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
