Saturday, August 3rd
At 7:28 p.m., Officers were dispatched to suspicious activity of a male looking in car windows in the 1200 block of N. Washington St.
At 11:04 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a non-injury, private property traffic crash in the 200 block of N. Washington St. Officers responded and assisted the vehicle owners in exchanging information.
Sunday, August 4th
At 11:16 a.m., Officers assisted the Chillicothe Department of Emergency Services with a motorcycle fire in the 1400 block of Polk St. The fire was extinguished, and the owner stated they were having mechanical issues prior to the fire.
At 11:25 p.m., Officers conducted a traffic stop on S. Washington St. at the South City Limits. The K9 was called to the scene and alerted to the presence of narcotics. After a search of the vehicle, a 54-year-old man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center pending the filing of formal charges.
