A Chillicothe man was arrested by Chariton County officers on two warrants for alleged failure to appear. Twenty-five-year-old Joseph Alan Vargas is held on the warrants from Chillicothe for alleged no valid license and no insurance. The warrants were issued in April of 2023. Bond is set at $450 cash only.
