A Gallatin man is held without bond on charges of alleged 1st Degree Rape. 30-year-old Micah Samuel Ray was arrested by Daviess County deputies on August 25th and is held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
The probable cause statement indicates Ray allegedly had unwanted sexual intercourse without the victim’s permission.
A preliminary hearing has been held and a bond reduction hearing is scheduled for September 3rd in Daviess County Court.
