One hundred twenty-seven calls for service were handled by Chillicothe Police officers from Friday through Sunday. Some of the calls include:
Friday,
At 02:02 pm Officers responded to the 100 block of Washington Street in reference to a two-vehicle accident.
At 08:06 pm Officers responded to the 1000 block of Graves Street for a well-being check on a 73-year-old woman who was unresponsive, possibly suffering from dementia. Officers were able to identify the woman and contacted family members. She was transported by EMS to Hedrick Medical Center for further evaluation.
Saturday,
At 09:12 am Officers responded to the 1200 block of Fairway for an abandoned vehicle on private property.
At 10:21 am Officers responded to the 400 block of Mansur Street to investigate a door kicked in at a vacant residence. Nothing of evidentiary value was discovered and Officers secured the residence until the owner was contacted for further investigation.
Sunday,
At 12:21 am Officers responded to a business at Clay and Locust for an intoxicated man causing a disturbance and refusing to leave the property. The man was advised to leave the property and not return.
Officers also conducted several traffic stops, business checks, vehicle checks, and followed up with numerous investigations.
