Carrollton Town Council will meet in a special session Saturday morning. The meeting will be held at Carrollton City Hall, starting at 10:00 am.
New business includes the purchase of a police vehicle from Missouri Surplus Property.
A Closed Executive Session will be held to handle legal matters and personnel matters.
