The Livingston County Sheriff’s report for the first half of February includes several investigations and arrests.
Incident Reports:
February 4th, deputies executed a search warrant in the 100 block of Elm Street in Chillicothe for an active theft investigation. Deputies were assisted by officers from the Chillicothe Police Department.
February 7th, deputies completed an investigation into a violation of an order of protection from a Livingston County resident. Formal charges are now being sought on a suspect.
Arrests:
February 3rd, 30-year-old Sarah Davis of Chillicothe was arrested on a St. Louis County arrest warrant for an alleged probation violation. Davis was unable to post bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center pending pick up by St. Louis County.
February 6th, 31-year-old Katelan Chase of Iowa was arrested for alleged driving while suspended on US 65 near LIV 210. Chase was processed and released on a summons.
February 6th, 33-year-old Jessica Dryer of Orrick, was taken into custody in Circuit Court after being sentenced to two days jail time at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
February 6th, 42-year-old Lisa Deshazier of Chillicothe was arrested on a Livingston County arrest warrant. She posted bond and was released.
.February 6th, 24-year-old Kayde Burton of Kansas was arrested on a Livingston County arrest warrant. Burton was later released on bond.
February 7th, 34-year-old Christopher Jessee of Iowa was arrested on a Schuyler County arrest warrant on US 36 near US 65. He was able to post $400 cash bond and was released.
February 8th, 62-year-old Russell Donoho of Utica was arrested for alleged violation of an order of protection and resisting arrest. He was processed and transported to Caldwell County Detention Center pending formal charges.
February 11th, 59-year-old Joseph Fitzpatrick of Wheeling was arrested on a Grundy County arrest warrant in the 4000 block of State Highway BB in Wheeling. He was then turned over to Grundy County authorities.
February 11th, 46-year-old Clinton Lewis of Chillicothe was arrested in the 200 block of East 10th Street in Chillicothe for alleged domestic assault. He was processed and transported to Caldwell County Detention Center pending formal charges.
February 13th, 38-year-old Patrick Graves of Utica was arrested on a Livingston County arrest warrant in the 300 block of Broadway Street in Utica. He was unable to post $20,000 cash bond and was taken to Caldwell County Detention Center.
