Rolling Lane Closures Planned For Bridge Project

As the beams for the Clinton County Route H bridge replacement on Interstate 35, south of Cameron, will be set in place next week, the contractor, working with the Missouri Department of Transportation, determined they will set beams for the bridge beginning the evening of Tuesday, June 4.

The contractor will use rolling closures on north and southbound lanes of I-35 beginning at 8:00 pm. Crews will stop traffic in up to 15-minute increments beginning with the northbound lanes. Once the beams over the northbound lanes are in place, crews will move their work to the southbound lanes. Motorists will experience delays.

The project is weather-dependent is should be completed in the overnight hours.
