Budgets And Several Ordinances Are On The Chillicothe City Council Agenda For Monday

Budget and annual contracts are on the Chillicothe City Council agenda for Monday.  The meeting begins at 5:00 pm at Chillicothe City Hall.  The meeting begins with amendments to the 2024/25 budget and approval of the 2025/26 budget.

An ordinance will be presented to repeal portions of an ordinance regarding financial accounts.

MIRMA recommendations will be presented for consideration.

City Administrator Roze Frampton will present the ordinance for the contracts with non-profit organizations in the community.

An ordinance for the lease of the restaurant at the bowling center will be presented.

There will be an ordinance and contract for City Prosecutor services.

The contract with Rumery And Associates will be presented for Economic Development.

An ordinance will be presented to amend the agreement with Maxim Golf.

The council will consider an ordinance for engineering services with Allgeier Martin.

Fire Chief Eric Reeter will present an ordinance for a cooperative agreement with the Chillicothe R-II School District for Paramedic Training.

Police Chief Jon Maples will present a resolution designating the City of Chillicothe as a Blue Shield City, as offered by the state of Missouri.

 

A closed executive session is planned to handle sealed bids for a negotiated contract.
