Seven appearances, including four ordinances, are on the Chillicothe City Council agenda for Monday. The meeting begins at 5:30 pm at City Hall. Following the finance reports and approval of bills, appearances include:
- Mayor Theresa Kelly with an appointment of a member of the Planning and Zoning Board to the Historic Preservation Commission.
- Theresa Sykes will request waiving the permit fees for the Grand River Multi-purpose Center renovations.
- City Administrator Roze Frampton will present an ordinance to amend Chapter 140 – Boards and Commissions of the city code.
- Gil Gates will present ordinances for the amendment of zoning of the Field and Dewey School properties from Public Use to R-3 Residential.
- Amy Supple will present an ordinance for a promotion agreement with Disney Worldwide Services.
- Chillicothe Police Department Captain Hayes will request adding recovered bikes to the Surplus list and donating them to 55 & Go.
A closed executive session is planned for personnel matters.
