The Livingston County Sheriff’s report for late April to mid May includes several incidents and arrests.
Incident Reports:
April 30th, a deputy responded to the 1000 block of LIV 243 in Farmersville for a disturbance. Deputies found 38 year old Theresa Webb of Farmersville, was honking a horn and yelling at neighbors. Webb was cited for peace disturbance with a court date.
May 9th, deputies took a report of a dog bite that occurred near Old Highway 190 and LIV 233. The investigation showed that a Pitbull attacked a horse and the person riding the horse, causing the rider to fall off the horse. An animal bite report was completed and forwarded to the Livingston County Health Center.
Arrests:
May 1st, 40-year-old Nicki Howe of Mooresville was arrested at the courthouse on a Livingston County warrant for alleged driving while revoked. Howe was unable to post the $10,000 cash bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.
May 2nd, 19-year-old Brennin Shoop of Chillicothe was arrested at Washington and Jackson Streets in Chillicothe on a Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged child molestation. Shoop was transported to Daviess-Dekalb Regional Jail and is held without bond.
May 7th, 42-year-old Billy Williams Jr., of Chillicothe, turned himself in on a Livingston County warrant. Williams posted the $250 cash bond and was released.
May 7th, 25-year-old Jericho Richardson of Chillicothe was arrested at the courthouse on a Livingston County warrant for alleged violation of a protection order. Richardson was unable to post the $7,500 cash bond and was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
May 8th, 35-year-old Curtis Burton of Chillicothe, was arrested in the 400 block of Vines Street in Chillicothe on a Livingston County warrant for no insurance. Burton posted the $250 cash bond and was released with a new court date.
