A man charged with three counts of alleged endangering the welfare of children will have his case heard in Livingston County Circuit Court.  William Earl Gannan of Chillicothe was arrested and charged after three children in his care were taken to the hospital in November of last year.  They allegedly ingested an unknown substance, later identified as an active ingredient of marijuana.

Tuesday, Judge Michael Leamer found there was cause to move the case to Circuit Court.  Arraignment will be held before Judge Ryan Horsman on July 10th.

Sentencing is scheduled for Thursday in two local cases.

Matthew Ryan Miller’s sentencing on charges of Domestic Assault.  Miller entered a guilty plea on April 10th.

Steven Robert McCann’s sentencing is on charges of stealing.  McCann entered a guilty plea on April 10th.

A man scheduled to be in Associate Court on charges of alleged Assault, Careless and Imprudent Driving, and Peace Disturbance has that appearance continued.  The charges stemmed from a road rage incident where Joshua Lee Plaster, a corrections officer, allegedly assaulted the victim.  Plaster will be in Associate Court on July 9th.
