A Belton man was arrested by State Troopers in Daviess County Thursday afternoon. Forty-four-year-old Earl M. Malick was arrested on a Henry County warrant for alleged traffic offenses. He is held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail pending the posting of bond.
