The Chillicothe City Council approved two bids for work taking place at the Chillicothe Fire Department for the remodel of the bathrooms. Fire Chief Eric Reeter presented the bids.
From Chillicothe Plumbing for $22,640.48
Chief Reeter also presented the bid for tile flooring.
James Carpet and Design for $2,843.92
City Clerk Amy Hess told the council they had not received bids for Demo and Construction on the project within the bid timeline.
Zabka Development for $14,110.
The City Attorney said because there were no other bids received, the bid could be considered or they could go out to bid again. The City Council approved the bid.
