The Chillicothe Fire Protection District #1 of Livingston will have a Tax Rate Hearing and Regular meeting on Tuesday, August 4th. The meeting will be held at the Mildred Litton 4H / FFA Community Center at the Litton Ag Center.
The Tax Rate Hearing includes a proposed tax rate of .2971 per $100 assessed valuation.
At 7:15 pm is the regular meeting of the board. The agenda includes the discussion of the minutes, finances, and consideration of setting the 2026 Tax Levy.
If needed, a closed executive session will be held.
