The case against former Sullivan County Public Administrator, 65-year-old Joan Brummitt, of Milan has been moved from Sullivan County to Putnam County. Brummitt is charged with alleged four counts each of Financial Exploitation of the elderly and Stealing.
Brummitt’s attorney has requested a change from Sullivan County to Putnam County on the claims Sullivan County citizens would know her from being the Sullivan County Public Administrator and her lifelong residency.
