A Chillicothe man was injured in a single-vehicle crash near Utica. The Highway Patrol reports the crash occurred Sunday at about 9:45 pm on Route C at LIV 420. According to the report, the 20-year-old Chillicothe man was traveling southbound and went off the east side of the road, struck the ditch, and his car went into the creek and became partially submerged. State Troopers reported the man transported himself to the hospital. He was not wearing a safety belt.
