More than 100 calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Thursday. The calls include:
Officers helped with a well-being check early Thursday morning, Animal Control resolved a recurring complaint involving a white dog on Washington Street. Officers investigated a suspicious van selling items near Highland and St. Louis Avenue. The individuals were contacted and advised they need a business license.
Other calls included disturbances and parking complaints. During a traffic stop Thursday night, a man was arrested for driving with a suspended license and later released with a citation.
Officers also responded to a domestic disturbance on Vine Street and deescalated the situation.
