A Breckenridge man was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center on a warrant for alleged Statutory Sodomy and Child Molestation with a child under the age of 12. Fifty-two-year-old Michael Lee Allard was charged in July, and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He remains in custody with no bond allowed. A Bond appearance is set for August 27th.
