The Chillicothe Hornets football team enters the season under new leadership. Former Hornets all-state lineman, Jeff Staton, who was an assistant coach under Bob Fairchild and Phil Willard, takes over the program as head coach following a 4-7 record last season. Coach Staton is emphasizing instilling the right mindset and attitude into the Hornets football team. Chillicothe returns several key players, highlighted by seniors Henry Hurtgen, Logan Murrell and Cooper Robinson.
