The bus routes for the Chillicothe R-II School District were approved by the School Board. Superintendent Dr Dan Wiebers says it took a bit longer to set the routes this year due to software issues.
As required by State law and board policy.
The routes vary in length and in time, with the longer routes picking up students in the rural areas. The district has two routes that are more than 60 miles and take about two hours and twenty minutes to complete. They are Bus 13 in the morning and Bus 3 in the afternoon.
