The Chillicothe R-II School Board will meet a week earlier than its regular schedule. The meeting is on Tuesday at 5:00 pm at the District Office.
The agenda begins with recognition of members of the district Maintenance Staff, Custodians, and Transportation Staff members.
Old Business will include adjustments to the Current Year Budget. These are the result of setting the tax rate, grant funding, salary, and benefit adjustments, the cost of Summer School, and adjustments required to match the state’s budget applications.
Several items are on the consent Agenda. They include program evaluations, surplus property, and financials.
New Business includes the Finance Report, Policy Updates, and the District Tuition rate.
A closed executive session is planned to handle personnel, real estate, legal, and student matters.
