A Chillicothe woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash at US 65 and LIV 216. State Troopers report that at about 7:45 am, the 63-year-old Chillicothe woman was northbound on US 65 and a 54-year-old Chula woman was westbound on LIV 216 and failed to yield to the traffic on US 65, pulling out to turn southbound. Her SUV was struck by the Chillicothe woman’s car. The Chillicothe woman had moderate injuries and was taken to Hedrick Medical Center for treatment. Both drivers were wearing safety belts.
