State Troopers report two arrests in the area counties on Tuesday.
At about 8:50 am, Troopers in Caldwell County arrested 55-year-old John S. Harper of Des Moines, IA, for alleged possession of methamphetamine, no vehicle license plate, careless and imprudent driving, no valid driver’s license, no proof of insurance, no seat belt, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving with a handicapped placard hanging from the rearview mirror. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center. Bond is set at $50,000.
At 7:14 pm in Clinton County, Troopers arrested 49-year-old Cayla A. Parkison of Cameron for alleged sexual misconduct. She was processed and released.
