Chillicothe’s new Third Ward Councilman, Zebadiah Yoko was sworn in Thursday morning at City Hall. The ceremony was held ahead of the regular department head meeting. The Oath was administered by City Clerk Amy Hess.
Yoko was joined by his family for the event.
