A Memorandum of Understanding is now approved by the City and the Chilliothe R-II School Board for the SRO or School Resource Officer Program. City Administrator Roze Frampton calls it a partnership.
The School district covers most of the expense.
The SRO contract is for a two-year period, with a one-year extension option.
