A request for the use of fireworks at the Chillicothe Correction Center was approved with limitations. City Administrator Roze Frampton explains.
Because it is in the approach for the airport, no aerial fireworks will be allowed.
They will limit the display to ground and fountain-style fireworks. Their fireworks will be sometime between July 2nd and 9th.
