Council Approves Mayor’s Pick For 3rd Ward

Chillicothe’s 3^rd Ward has a new representative on the Chillicothe City Council.  Mayor Theresa Kelly announced her nomination.

Yoko addressed the council prior to a vote.

Yoko was approved on a vote of 4/0.  He will be sworn in prior to the next city council meeting.
