A Pattonsburg man who plead guilty to abuse or neglect of a child and domestic assault in April has had that plea rejected by the court. Forty-three-year-old Joshua L. Baker entered the plea on April 10th. Last week, Baker was back in court before Judge Daren Adkins, who rejected the defendant’s plea because the “facts are inconsistent with guilty.”
The case will continue with Plea and Trial Setting scheduled for August 5th.
