The Livingston County Commission held a Tax Rate Hearing and set the county’s tax rate and the Senior Fund Tax Rate. Presiding Commissioner Ed Douglas explained the County Rate.
The rate is 0.0376 per $100 valuation.
That will bring in about $97,000 for the county.
The Senior Fund Rate is set at .0488 per $100 valuation. That will bring in about $126,000.
